Recipe: Classic Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
200g spaghetti
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
250g ground beef
1 can of tomato sauce
1 spoon of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese (optional)
Steps
- First, boil water in a big pot.
- Second, add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Third, chop the onion and garlic.
- After that, heat olive oil in a pan.
- Then, cook the onion and garlic until soft.
- Next, add ground beef to the pan.
- After the beef, cook until it’s brown.
- Now, pour tomato sauce into the pan.
- After adding the sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Finally, drain the spaghetti and put it on plates, topping it with the sauce.
- Optionally, you can top the spaghetti Bolognese with grated cheese. Enjoy your meal!
