Looking Back: What We Could Do
When my grandmother was young, she could speak three languages fluently — Turkish, Arabic and French. She used to be able to play the violin beautifully, but she stopped playing after she got married. My grandfather, on the other hand, was able to fix almost anything in the house. He could build furniture from scratch using only basic tools.
As for me, I couldn’t ride a bicycle until I was ten years old. However, I was able to swim very well because my father taught me when I was five. Looking back, I realise that everyone in my family had unique abilities that made them special.

Different Choices, Different Lives
Ahmet enjoys outdoor activities. He would rather go hiking in the mountains than stay at home and watch TV. He prefers being in nature because it makes him feel relaxed and energetic. He is also keen on photography and takes pictures of landscapes during his trips.
Melis, on the other hand, is interested in indoor hobbies. She is good at painting and has won several art competitions at school. She prefers spending her weekends in her art studio rather than going outside. She also enjoys reading novels, especially mystery and science fiction.
