Burak is 18 years old. He is tall and well-built. He has short, straight, dark hair and tan skin. He looks very handsome. Burak is calm and serious. He does not talk much, but he is very kind and honest. He always helps people around him. They look very different, but they are both wonderful people.

My two best friends, Deniz and Ece, are completely different, but they get along very well. People say “opposites attract” and I think it is true for them. Deniz is tall and slim with curly, dark hair. She is outgoing and confident. She loves meeting new people and she always sounds cheerful. Ece is short and plump with straight, blonde hair. She is shy and quiet. She prefers reading books at home. However, they both are kind, generous and honest. Deniz says Ece is a good-looking person inside and out. They have been friends since primary school and they seem like sisters.

She travels to different cities alone by bus. Her friends say she is smart enough to solve any problem. She wants to get a driving licence, but she is not old enough yet — you need to be 18 in Türkiye. Her brother Emre is 14. He is too young to stay home alone at night. Emre is a cheerful and kind boy, but he is too careless with his homework sometimes.

My favourite actor is Burak Özçivit. He is tall and well-built. He has short, straight, dark hair and brown eyes. He looks very handsome. People say he is kind and generous. He seems calm and serious in interviews. He is confident enough to play difficult roles. I think he is a great actor and a good person.
Your task: Choose a person (a friend, a family member, or a celebrity) and write a similar paragraph. Include:
• Hair (colour, length, type: wavy / curly / straight)
• Build (slim, plump, well-built, tall, short)
• Height (tall, short, medium-height)
• 2–3 personality traits (e.g. kind, brave, cheerful, shy)
• Use “look(s) like”, “seem(s)”, or “sound(s)”
