Key Point

We use Present Continuous for definite future arrangements — plans that are already organized.

Kesin gelecek planları için Şimdiki Zaman kullanılır — zaten organize edilmiş planlar.

Present Continuous = arranged, planned: "I'm seeing the doctor at 3 PM." (appointment made)

will = instant decision: "I feel sick. I'll see the doctor." (deciding now)
