Around the world, people are using more energy than ever before. This causes many problems, such as pollution and climate change. But there are simple things we can do to use less energy. First, we can switch off the lights, computers, and TVs when we don’t need them. Second, using LED light bulbs saves more energy than regular ones. Third, families can buy energy-efficient appliances, like fridges and washing machines. Governments can also help by building more wind farms and solar power stations. Another solution is to use public transport, like buses and trains, instead of driving a car. In schools, students can learn about saving energy and teach others at home. If everyone does a little, we can save a lot of energy.
