Yesterday, Jack stayed home from school because he had the flu. He felt very tired and had a fever. His mother gave him some soup and told him to rest. Emma had a bad headache this morning. She went to the chemist, and they gave her some tablets for the pain. She should take the tablets twice a day. Two days ago, Mr. Brown fell and broke his leg. He went to the hospital, and now he has a cast. The doctor told him not to walk for six weeks. Olivia has had a sore throat since Monday. Her teacher told her to drink warm tea and rest her voice. Today, Daniel has a backache after carrying heavy boxes at work. He plans to see a doctor if the pain gets worse.
